The Uniform Shop is temporarily located in the demountable building on the school oval while the main office is being refurbished.
Normal Operating Times
- Thursdays 8.45 - 9.30 a.m.
The Uniform Shop is run by parent volunteers and if you would like to help please contact the Uniform Shop Supervisor or the school office.
General Information |
School uniform is required at Killara Public School. We have a summer uniform, winter uniform and a Sport uniform. All school uniform needs are available from the school uniform shop.
Summer Uniform
The summer uniform is worn in terms 1 & 4. The girls’ summer uniform is the green summer dress or green culottes and yellow blouse, worn with green socks and black shoes or black joggers and a school green slouch hat.
The boys’ summer uniform is grey school shorts and yellow shirt, worn with worn with grey socks and black shoes or black joggers and a school green slouch hat.
The school’s green sweatshirt with logo or school’s green polo fleece with logo can be worn on colder days.
Summer sports uniform is for both girls and boys and should be worn on sports days only (Wednesdays and Fridays):
Unisex green sports shorts, yellow polo with school logo, white socks, white or black joggers and a school green slouch hat.
Winter Uniform
The winter uniform is worn in terms 2 & 3. Most items will arrive around the beginning of March. The girls’ winter uniform is a green tartan pinafore with yellow long sleeve blouse of culottes and yellow long sleeve blouse, bottle green tights or green socks with black shoes.
The boys’ winter uniform is long mid-gray pants long sleeve yellow shirt and tie, grey socks and black shoes.
On sports days green polo fleece pants can be worn.
Hats
It is a school policy that hats should be worn in the playground at all times.
Second Hand Uniforms
If you are leaving the school, please consider donating your uniform to the shop for resale as second hand. These must be in excellent condition with no marks, holes or stains.
Ordering Details |
If you cannot make the opening times of the Uniform Shop you can order via pupil post. Download the order form or obtain one from the school office. Complete the form and place it in an envelope along with the payment then place in the green letterbox located outside the school office. The order will be filled and returned to your child in the classroom.
The uniform shop only accepts cash or cheques made payable to KPS Uniform Shop only. We do not accept credit cards.
Exchanges or refunds can only be made on clean unworn (labels intact) garments. Please bring your receipt. No refunds on second hand goods.
